Do you have a Privacy Statement?
     A.  Yes.  We will never divulge your personal information to anyone without your express knowledge and prior permission.  When you register for classes, certain basic information may be collected, such as email address and telephone number, which are necessary to communicate with the student for matters pertaining to this course.  In addition. the student may opt-in to register for email newsletters and bulletins relating to future courses and opportunities regarding eBay education.
     Certain financial information may be collected by PayPal which relates to online credit card or PayPal account transactions.  This information is collected by PayPal away from this site, and no financial information is shared with us by PayPal.
     Finally, students requesting CEU credit should know that their information pertaining to course completion will be kept in a log and may be made available upon request to certain other educational institutions and organizations for the purpose of verifying that the student has earned the CEU credit in question.

How do I earn CEU credit?
     A.  At this time, CEU credits are only available for the Basics of Selling on eBay and Beyond The Basics Of Selling On eBay courses.  Students can earn one full CEU credit for each course.  An extracurricular work project is required to earn this credit.  If you which to receive certification for CEU credit, please advise your instructor at the beginning of the course.

It turns out that I cannot go to the class as planned.  Can I get a refund?
     A.  Tuition is not refundable.  We understand that things happen.  If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, you may reregister for the same course at a later time once without additional charge.  If you have to reregister more than once, there is a $15 re-registration fee for the second class change. 
     The cost of textbooks/workbooks (if any)  is fully refundable if the student is unable to attend the class and is unable to reregister.

I heard that the Basics of Buying class was canceled.  Is that true?
     A.  We are approved by eBay to continue to offer Basics of Buying  courses throughout 2008.  This class is an excellent introduction to shopping on eBay and is valuable to employers to train their employees who shop online.
